I don't know what's the difference between Engine 1 and Engine 2 (of course, Engine "1" has 6 and "2" has 3 seats).
But in Poland we have several categories of separation:
3 classes of drivetrains: city, half-offroad and offroad
3 classes of weight: light, medium and heavy
Usually, light and medium trucks have 6 seats, heavy 3 or 6.What I mean, city, half-offroad and offroad (every of them are medium engines).
City:

Half-offroad:

And Offroad:

Looks like Heavy Road Rescue.
What is it for? Example from Poland:

Hi everyone.
I've noticed that players from my alliance can't see images of my stations on the map. They only can see grey stock station icon... But when they open details, on the top right corner there is custom icon.
If you want, I can attach screenshots.
Cheers,

And also on the Android...

I suggest:
Water rescue car (and trailer with a boat)
Hazmat
Crane (for heavy-rescue calls)
High-altitude rescue car (probably in USA one car is designed to serve as water, technical and high-altitude squad, but for example in Poland there are many different trucks ) -
So it's supply car?
