I have well over 30 hospitals and had no patient transport missions spawn be it the normal ones and crit care ones. On advice I then bought a UTC and miraculously the missions spawn. I then deleted the UTCs and the missions stopped.
Would it be possible to suggest these missions spawn without the need of a UTC... Or was that implemented to make the UTCs used

I don't see myself using custody suites, just seems like a waste of money
I like the idea of custody suites being an extension and maybe adding like 10 cells to a police station but we already have that as the large prison extension.
Is it not possible to do it where prisoners are categorised like patients and when they get taken to the cells at a police station for 1 hr. Once the time has expire depending on the category of prisoner they will have a percentage chance on release. Criminals not released hold up cells for lets say 12 or 24hrs. And that can take up valuable cells.
That's where the new building comes in, prison transport depot. Similar to the recovery Centre, probably cost around the same 300k mark but this building allows you to buy 2 new vehicles small prison transport van (holds 2 prisoner) and large prison transport van (holds 4 prisoners).
So back at the police station the prisoners who have 12+ hrs till release they have a transport button that would allow you to send a prison transport van to collect and then transport to a Prison that can be added instead of the custody suites and maybe cost 500k or more.
This option would be pretty realistic but fun and challenging to maintain and upgrade and expand across my network

Would it be possible for vehicles to be added?? Not many maybe like 3. Here in met land the custody suites are mainly office based roles CID, CSU etc but also have SNT minibuses

2. Will there be expandable missions incase explosions occur during removal of the ordnance that will require other stations such as fire and EMS? (Such as, expandable missions - Driving while under the influence of narcotics to - Collision with Jackknifed Semi-Trailer (Small)

When the initial search and rescue update come out there was an ability to buy the operation support unit van at the station... now it seems you can only by the trailer. I may have got it wrong and there my have never been an OSU unit.
If there was an OSU unit could it be brought back, or could one be implemented?

I think the suggestion for the RSUs to carry boats waas thrown around aat somepoint too. A lot of services like london have that sort of function. however with county services they have seperate units. For essex fire they have the sprinter vans plus a boat trailer, once station is marked up as water rescue but just for a ford ranger.... no boat.
