Just looking to see if it is a bug or a change to the game? I have placed type 3 engines with heavy rescue equipment at numerous airport stations and they now appear to not be able to take the payload anymore, could someone please advise if this is an error?

Nightmare if it is a change as I have based large areas on this provision
