Yeah, already in the works it just may take some time. I have a few different aircraft on the way.
Apologies for spamming however I had a bunch of work I've done lately and each separate forum post only allows 10 media uploads.
Attached is a time lapse of me drawing a AW139, HM Coastguard helicopter. Took me about an hour and a half over two days.
Various Icons I have forgot to upload:
BHX Airport Fire and Rescue Service:
British Transport Police
Central Motorway Police Group
Joint HWFRS + WMAS Building
NPAS
West Mercia Constabulary
NHS:

Various Air Ambulance CCT RRV's:

Yeah one guy made a few into a campsite kinda thing.
Yeah, I understand that completely.
Sorry to bring this old thread back but I came across it after a forum search.
I don't know if this has been mentioned before but would it be an idea to have a HRV + Platform Truck and remove the required platform truck for the mission. This would eliminate issue for those departments who don't use platforms for these type of calls or have very few in there department. I understand that a HRV + Platform truck could just result in a player replacing all there HRV's with a HRV + Platform;'s or vice vurser so could a considerable price be placed on such units, for eg 50K?
My personal experience is that I find it very hard for these kind of missions. Rural areas who don't have a local access to a ladder worsen the already overstretched state of my 2 platforms covering a very large area.
Other than the advantage of being cheaper, I believe they just offer an extra level of realism, taking into account the vehicle type. I use them not only as motorcycle units but as regular traffic units as well.
Nah, nothing to worry about but thanks.
And... Of course! My favourite aircraft. I've always wanted to fly one since I've been young but unfortunately they went out of service in April 2016.
Will do a RN and RAF varient.
Already in the works. I'm currently doing a MD902, AW139 and a S92.
I am quite caught up with family stuff right now and don't want to compromise on detail therefore it might take a bit of time.

I decided to draw a template for a EC-135 and a H-145. I plan to make quite a few different air ambulance services but I decided to just start with NPAS and MAA.
NPAS:
NPAS EC-135:
NPAS H-145
Midlands Air Ambulance:
Midlands Air Ambulance EC-135:
Midlands Air Ambulance H-145:
I also plan to make similar templates for a AW139/365, S-92 and a Bell 429. That will allow me to make the HM Coastguard fleet.
Oh and I forgot to upload this....
Battenberg Scania ALP:
I've got some various H-135/45 HEMS graphics for various Air Ambulance Services as well as icons for each which i need to finish off.
Also, @ManyFireman recommended some which i will get round to doing.

Various Inshore Rescue Boat Trailer Setups:

I found some drawings which could be used in making these quite a while back. They would definitely help i think.
Might be some more online if you did some digging.
