mine is the opposite, it works on my phone but not on my computer

My sound no longer works for dispatched calls or radio updates or anything. All of my settings indicate the sound is on.... any suggestions on how to fix this?

The beta is definitely an improvement to the interface. It would be nice if we could adjust the transparency of the windows that pop up.
