I would like to see Multi-role helicopters implemented. I like to play as realistically as possible. My state (Maryland) has State Police helicopters that perform LEO and EMS missions. It would be nice to see this put into the game even if the price for the combo was higher.

There should be a POI for assisted Living Facilities / Nursing Homes. In real life they're a very common creator of ambulance transports (and even some low level police issues)

+1. I work as a full time 911 dispatcher. I have had TONS of hangups, Some of which have turned into domestics, some fires, most nothing.
and to the person who said this game is for "real calls not pranks" - a prank 911 phone call is a crime in most states. so even a prank could be turned into a police incident.
