Training SCHOOL

I hope it is ok to post this here but speaking of classes, what is the courses under the alliance tab for?

the ones that will be closely related to those in germany in the game leitstellenspiel

My (only a few, after adding other vehicles will be more) propositions of courses:
basic course (every NEW firefighter has to do it, but only when user has school/alliance has(?) )
platform truck operator
EMT, Paramedic (for ambulance crews)
technical rescuer (you know, for heavy rescue truck crews)
batt. chief course
