A small suggestion. I like a realistic setup, and i my region the fire department mostly is made up of volunteer and part-time firefighters. I wood like the delay time to be longer than 300sek. 900 sek or 600 sek would be perfect.
If the delay time was longer the decision to activate the part-time or volunteer department or send a full time department becomes another thing for the player to consider.
