Alliance Combined Building

After talking to another alliance member we have thought of an idea on collective building purchases. Lets say the alliance collectively agrees they need a new Hospital. An admin can start a funding project in the Alliance that splits up the cost of said building between all members of the Alliance. Once all members have put their share of credits or coins in the Alliance Admin can initiate the build of the new Hospital. The location will be based on an agreement of all Alliance members. The new building in this case a hospital will not be owned by one single person, but collectively owned by the Alliance members, but ran by the Alliance Admins. This would be just limited to Hospitals and Schools like the Police Academy and Fire Academy.
