Lifeboat Transport Crashes Game

So multiple times I've tried alliance missions where an ally has sent boats and coastguard helis, I assist with critical trained lifeboats, when the times comes to transport the casualty, the possible destinations for my lifeboats to send the casualties have been direct to hospitals, not lifeboat stations as is normal for lifeboat transport, when I select a hospital the game crashes. Got to the point where assisting allies at sea is impossible
