Some valid points, completely agree with this. Like I said in my original reply to this thread - I find no benefit of having such a feature, as personally I don't see any missions it could actually be useful for?
So I'll revive this thread a bit, but I'll give you an example:
You get a Truck in a House Wall that originally has no patients listed. So you dispatch the required units, not including the ambulance since there is no need for it. However, once the call is just about completed, the patients pop up. By the time that the ambulance(s) arrive, the call is completed minus the patient treatment and transport(s). Instead of cancelling all units then redispatching the ambulance(s), I would find it beneficial to have an option to simply cancelling the fire/police apparatuses.
With the option to cancel ambulances, I think we should also have one for fire and/or police as well. I'm not disputing whether or not its an important update, but rather one that many might benefit from.

Has it been discussed having a button that will automatically transport all ambulances to the nearest hospital instead of having to manually select the facility? This would be beneficial especially for some of the calls you get when you have 24 patients and not enough MCUs
-
Yes. Say if you have a call that requires 7 patients but you don't have 7 ambulances available you can send the MCU in instead.
Would you still have to transport or would the MCU take care of that?

I honestly don't think there is any need for work, they functions required are already present...If you want an automatic back alarm of your ambulances, go premium and use the automatic back alarm for ambulances.
What?? We are referring to when Ambos are needed, but not fire apparatuses.

Does the requirement of 20 EMS station mean EMS stations total? Or rather, 20 EMS station assigned to one Dispatch Center, if that makes sense.
-
So we have a button that says 'Cancel All' as well as a button that says 'Cancel Ambulances'
Is there any chance we could have a 'Cancel all Fire' button for cases when all that is needed is ambulances. Maybe I'm missing something but I end up just having to Cancel All, then reselecting the Ambos

So I got to thinking about something...
Is there a chance there could be an option to see the calls that come in separated into either Fire, Police, or EMS, as the call type allows?
-
Don't know if it's just me or what, but patients that have the 'A' attribute are not being fully treated by the fly-car alone.
-
If you don't select any of the stations it then by default uses all, you don't need to go through and select all
Thanks so much!

When you go in to create or edit an AAR, you select the station you want it to "pull" from. Instead of going in each AAR and selecting the new station you create, have an option where it does it automatically.
-
Is there anyway a setting can be added that would allow all owned station to be included in AAR, as opposed to having to go in manually for each AAR you have?
-
There used to be a hot key option but I can’t seem to find it now, anyone else know more than me?
I know that you can have Hotkeys for different AARs, but I'm unaware of anything for transports, dispatching, etc.

South Central PA is currently in recruitment for members who are looking to improve on the gameplay. We have 1 prison and 3 hospitals so far. We are currently working on completing Cumberland County, and we are looking to expand!

So I've been thinking, could you guys add key shortcuts for dispatching units, transporting EMS and PD units, etc.? When I use the desktop version (almost every night), it can become tedious having to click on the unit needing transport, then the location, then the next transport request. Adding a key combination (i.e. CTRL+T) that automatically triggers the action would make the game that much better.

I have a question that I'm hoping someone can answer. Can fire helicopters run regular calls?
