why do you want to destroy it?
It was one of my first built hospitals and I built all extensions and extra pt due to only having one. Now I'm building more realistically and the hospital only has 4 of the extensions and only 10 beds.

I would love to see players be able to sell buildings or at least get money for destroying buildings. I spent a couple hundred thousand credits on a building and now after 24 hours, I can no longer get any money back.
When you go to rural places some people will call the ambulance a rescue squad. In fact, I used to be a part of a volunteer service that "insert name here Rescue Squad" This is coming from rural Wisconsin in the US though.
I am wondering if we can get a rebalanced credit to the coin system. I find it weird that different extensions cost more coins even though you would only pay the same in credit. Vehicles vary in credit to coins as well.

I second this. I just found out about the EMS Chief by accident as I was watching the radio. It is a nice feature they have.
I have already put forward IFT, the suggested reward is too much in my opinion.
Appreciate the assistance. I was just estimating the reward. I know for the service I'm with it can be $1600 for a transfer. But that is the USA health care system charging a lot of money.
Name/Type of Mission: Interfacility Transfer (IFT)
Units Required: 1x Ambulance
POI Required (Use “none” if not needed): Hospital
Patients: 1
Prisoners: 0
Credit Reward: 2000-4000
This would be a timed mission for 30 min to 120 min. If possible would remove a pt from sending hospital and add it to the destination hospital.
For example, I live in the central time zone and I want an ALS truck 1000-2200. I have it scheduled from 1100-2300 in-game to do this.
ARR’s do recognize combination units and use them.
Also for police missions it will recognize a K-9 as a patrol car as well.
Hope this helps
The K9 is currently not being dispatched as a patrol unit. It still counts as one. But the first part is correct.
Someone in the comments on the original facebook post advised it is working as a water tanker and heavy rescue currently.
Usually they release using a first in last out type system. If this is not taking place contact support in game or post in the bugs forum.
Some calls have a minimum patient number, if the call has that I will include ambulances. Otherwise, I send them separately.
When you build a dispatch center, you can do this. You add stations to the dispatch center and calls will generate in that specific area. You can build a dispatch center for every 25 buildings you have.
I use fly cars like first responded units. They get dispatched with an ambulance. For example, if a fire department is also first responders, I put a fly car in the station. I will also dispatch the closest ambulance to assist on the call.
Display MoreThat makes sense.
I respect that and agree. Well you and everyone else basically know what my complaints are but I'll list them again officially.
1. No more Mission updates for the time being as we have enough as it is.
2. Wildland update: pumper tankers, brush trucks, brush engine combination unit, bulldozers, fire helicopters with buckets, etc
3. For the Development Team to be in contact with Moderators on the Forums site and the Players more often so that everyone is on the same page.
4. SWAT Rescue Unit
5. Police Chief Unit
Pretty much things that the players on here have been talking about and requested for the past couple years or more
I have a love hate relationship with pumper tankers. I have put a large amount of time and credits on building trucks up. I would have to replace most of my engines with the pumper. Even if they release it, I would love it. It leads to more realism.
While I agree with the pumper idea, I can't complain that much. My area I am building in, rural Wisconsin, has tankers at almost all fire stations. For me it would not be that much of a change. I do agree that in larger cities they do not need/have tankers and this would be helpful.
What is the formula for calculating the price of PD's after 24? The same as Fire?
When can you get a second HEMS? Is there a station requirement?
EMS training for Fire Apparatus? I think that's already on the list.
EMS Training for EMS personnel.
