We're talking about the in game animation(non image and then image file being shown one after the other) not being used for our own apng images (it ruins the animation).

RW Paint, fairly easy one to use

I haven't done any maths behind it, but my instinct, which is generally ok, tells me it's going around 1.5-2X the speed of ground units. That's not too far off what I believe is sort of realistic. It's not exactly crawling over the terrain.

I'd agree that a dog unit should also act as normal unit, I know that K9/Dog Units generally act as normal units in most places.

The three helis that I use definitely don't run at the same speed as my ground units

Haha, Christ that's a misunderstanding and a half. I'd actually agree with the patient thing aswell although it would be nice to have a mechanism of injury rather than just stretchering a random person.

lift assist could be EMS Requesting FD to help move a patient. Example a Cardic Arrest to lift assist call?
Cardiac Arrest in a broken lift, don't want to sound too pessimistic but that sounds like an undertaker job

No, there isn't a lift assist call in game already.
There is, check the list of calls, it comes under elevator rescue.

I'm guessing they either took the vehicles away and left the space which probably didn't cost anything or demolished part of the building which would have cost money, can't seem to understand doing a downgrade and getting money back makes any realistic sense.

We already have a slow response for events and fast, lighted response for other missions, don't really see the need for anything more unless you want to be sorting out missions slower by getting there later

If you want to increase the distance to transport your suspect, either spread your police stations out or use an alliance prison.
I do sort of agree with the CO alarm having patients as a possibility. -
Response times are generally down to the number of other calls around not the actual speed the vehicle drives

To me it sometimes makes perfect sense to have to send 6 ambos, I've seen plenty more have to attend fires before. Bear in mind a high rise building has a lot of people in it. I don't really see where you're coming from, some of the patients won't be sent to hospital so you shouldn't have to be sending a full 6 ambos for 6 patients.
