So I did some looking, a found that at least 2 other stats have the Logistics Vehicles:

    SA

    and ACT

With that being said, it's something that can be looked at for a future release, the vehicle itself may not need to be mandatory on calls, it can act as an optimiser to help increase the speed of the call finishing. Thus, for those who do not have that vehicle (and are building realistically), they aren't required to have it.

My suspicion is, it was done the way to prevent users from being forced to use it, not all services would have a wildland MCC, so it needs to be behind an extension so that people who are using wildland units and building realistically aren't stuck.

That's just my educated guess however!

MissionChief-Australia has released a new content pack!

    Dear MissionChief community,

We would like to introduce our water rescue and SES update.

    Here is what it contains:

    New Buildings: 🏢

    - Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR)

    - Water Rescue Academy

    New Vehicles: 🚤

    - Coastal Rescue

    - Large Coastal Boat

    - SES Rescue Truck

    - SES Mobile Command Vehicle

    - SES Storm Trailer

    New Educations: 🎓

    - Ocean Navigation

    - Coastal Rescue

    - SES Mobile Command

With this update there will be ocean missions that take place on the open sea. For these missions missions to spawn in the sea your coastal rescue stations will have a spawn area. This spawn area is set to a certain size but you will also be able to set size and position individually. To go on ocean missions you will need the Volunteer Marine Boat we will introduce with this update. This vehicle will be there especially for ocean missions.

While your crews are on the sea working on a mission there might be patients with bad injuries so that they will need a hospital. Of course you can’t just put them into an ambulance when you are in a boat somewhere on the ocean but the next prison or hospital might also not be right at the shore so that they can’t be brought there by boat. Because of that there will be handoff missions. Once you have brought your patient to your coastguard station at the coast, this mission will take over and your patient ´will be transferred to an ambulance vehicle to be brought to their final destination on dry grounds.

We will be releasing more in depth missions for the SES and VMR after giving you some time to train your personnel!

To celebrate the new content there are double credits 24 hours! 🎊

Please let us in this thread any comments, issues, concerns!

    Thank you,

Content Packs are built specific to the country/area that the version services, as such the Search and Rescue pack you are referencing was a pack based in the UK.

The US pack recently released was the Coastal Rescue and Lifeguard.

The mission Train Fire with flammable products does not seem to be using any of the trim related POIs and instead just spawning wherever. How can we get this fixed?

The Train Fire with Flammable Products does not have a specified POI for spawning. I've double checked announcement and it was not released with specific POI requirements.

I'm not sure what the "trim related POI" you are referring too means.

    Thank you,

    To follow-up on this topic,

A recent announcement has gone out advising that there is now an opt-out system for those seasonal/event missions for those who want only purely realistic missions.

Please note that disabling these missions will not change the event tasks that appear.

This was sent to all users in US & AU today via Private Message:

This can be disabled in the Dispatch Centre:

    Thank you,

Thanks guys. This is what I've decided to do and just run ambo. Still a shame because it limits the type of calls like when they're generated by police but require ambo etc. but at least Im able to actually play without being overrun by fire calls

You can add a small amount of police stations to the active dispatch centre, which should begin to balance out the calls a bit better.

It'll be a lot of trial and error however.

There's no way to specifically slow down the calls of a specific service itself as such, but you can go into the options of a dispatch centre and disable it from spawning calls in entirely. If you're building up a new area for example and you don't want it to generate any calls yet, you can disable it so it won't spawn any new calls at any of the stations within that dispatch centre.

Alternatively, you can put stations for a service you do not want to spawn in a disabled dispatch centre, thus spawning only the active stations.

Can I get some graphic done please?

These graphic creators are doing it on a volunteer basis and have personal lives that far outweigh MissionChief.

If one of the graphic creators are able to assist and they feel like doing so they will.

You do need to have patience and allow them time to complete this. There is no need to re-post requests for help or posting in multiple threads/topics to do so.

    Thank you,

Right now you can have a small or large bushfire station by expanding the station and then using the specialisation feature to "specialise" it to bushfire only calls.

While I do not feel the building of a NPWS would be necessary, potentailly the adding of the units you speak out could be incorporated and potentially the Conversation Officers expansion (like in the US version, this would be an expansion to a police station).
