Thanks for clearing that up. It isn't obvious from how the discount is displayed; at least not for a newbie like me
You are correct, usually a PM is sent to users letting them know what's going on. Looks like that maybe was missed.

There doesn't seem to be a discount either.
There is no discount on purchasing coins, only for creating custom missions (normal cost is 10, current cost is 3, 70% discount).
They are 2 completely different units.
The EMS Fly-Car is a rapid response unit in which can upgrade a BLS ambulance to transport an ALS patient.
An EMS Chief is a supervisory unit which is required for calls with 10 or more patients.
Thread moved to the Graphics Forum.
Thank you,
As it seems to be dispatching some but not all of that unit type, I don't believe it to be an issue with the ARR.
It may be an issue with the routing module, not getting the arrival times thereby bypassing units that it was unable to fetch the time with or perhaps the issue that Alasizon mentioned above.
If all else falls, contact support using the app support channel in the mobile app for assistance.
How do I give them a dedicated unit type
There is a check box inside the vehicle edit options. which will leave a vehicle to only be dispatched for a custom vehicle type. You can then set the ARR for that custom type.
Can we also have the little forest fire
That is not a mission in the US version.
Thanks,
Likely a limitation with how the mission spawns. Perhaps the devs can add an option for "wildland can replace structural" so that it doesn't effect players who don't have wildland engines.
I was hoping to ask for it to run like the missions where a HRV can be used in lieu of an Engine.
Such as:

Barake, I've updated my list to include all but the Barn Fire.
I understand where you are going with it, but that would be more of a structure fire.
I will ask the question about the missions above to see if anything can be done.
Cheers,
If paying at missionchief.com try at police.missionchief.com. You can use same log in with both. Same game just different server and minor differences.
Just to clarify, both the missionchief.com and police.missionchief.com use the same server, it is just a different overlay and some minor cosmetic changes to the front-end (blue vs red, different personal ranks etc).
The EMS Fly Car will treat & release patients who do not require transport. Otherwise, it will act as an ALS upgrade for BLS Ambulances.

What comes in the water rescue expansion for fire stations? I am looking at adding it to stations that have swift water rescue boats but I want to know if that is what comes in the expansion first.
Yes, SWR Boats become available with that expansion.
You get the option of a Heavy Rescue + Light Boat or a Light Boat Trailer (which is pulled by a Utility)
I'm thinking that the following calls would make sense with either brush or structural engines:
I'll certainly see what I can find out regarding this, it maybe due to the fact that missions requiring brush trucks will not spawn if you do not have the required expansion, thereby these missions wouldn't spawn until you have the expansion (again, as structural units could also handle).
Cheers,
Display MoreHi ems-chief,
Thanks for the reply however I am finding this a little confusing.
So the only vehicles you gain with the expansion (note: I mean the expansion you pay for with fire stations, not the update itself) are ultra lights and light tankers? I remember before the update we used to have light tankers which were renamed to medium tanker with regular tankers being renamed to heavy tankers.
I have to say, if this is the case, it's a little annoying. I play realistically in rural Vic and it isn't uncommon for our fire stations just have a single light tanker or ultra light, if I want to continue playing realistically, I would need to purchase the bushfire expansion at most of my stations.
Edit: also what's a brush truck?
I will start the upgrade on one of my ACTRFS station and will provide a full update to see what exactly is offered in the bushfire expansion.
I will report here exactly what is available via the expansion vs regular station.
The plus side is that you no longer need to upgrade to a large station to activate the bushfire expansion, as it can now be done with a small station (your allowed one expansion for a small station).
I was waiting to finish ACTSES before going back on my RFS stations to expand, but I'll start one now for ACTRFS Guises Creek as they have a Light Tanker.
To confirm, the Bushfire Vehicles available at the Fire Station extension is only the Ultra-Light Tanker and Light Tanker
Thanks,
Check your Mission Speed, see if it was accidentally turned to Pause.
Also, try refreshing your app/browser, the missions may be generating by your app/browser is lagged.
