Yes but the list is limited to 5 hospitals. I’m going off realism and out of the five only one is a trauma center in that area. Im unable to send a HEMS to a further hospital with treatment capability.
-
I would love to see in the transport option either more hospitals to the list or hospitals which have the capability to accept patients.

It was in the dev log on their facebook (both US & UK) - specifically for coastal stations, so I believe its a bug fire stations have it.
As I previously stated. Lifeguard is an expansion for fire stations, so thus the spawn radius with the coastal rescue
-
Id imagine it would only affect coastal missions
Which is why I think changing the mission spawn radius on the fire station does nothing to fire missions.
-
Based on his SS I doubt he even has a coastal station. As I said above the spawning radius is controlled by each station.
Yes but if you look at the fire stations there is a coastal expansion which would make sense to why this is a thing.
-
Thanks for checking and the information. Dual purpose would be great for my realistic needs
-
My guess is it’s related to the coastal rescue mission expansion, not actually the missions spawned by the fire station. Changing the location doesn’t seem to move the spawn area, yet I have seen a larger radius.
-
The whole point is he’s moved the radius point to not be in that area, yet missions still spawn in the radius from the station. I’m having the same issue as well. Seems like the mission spawn point radius is working, but cannot be moved as shown
-
Why would you spend 50k vs 6k then for the same purpose?

For clarification, So a coastal boat in fire stations acts as both a light boat and the coastal function?
-
So what’s the difference for water rescue and coastal rescue expansions in fire stations?
Also I see a small coastal boat in my water rescue expansion. Does that act as both types of boats? (Light boat and small coastal boat) And Without the coastal expansion those calls won’t generate, correct?

I get that as I know many do, it’s not the structure side of things, but the ARFF specific missions I’m talking about.
Like for example the Hawaii Airports has 8 stations throughout the islands. Only two have structure engines and one has a heavy Rescue. The rest are staffed with just ARFF’s utilities, and Chief units.
missions such as debris on runway, requires an engine, why can’t a ARFF unit do the same.
-
I’ve seen a lot more missions which have substitution for the engines (Rescue or platform). I’ve seen a few Airport missions which have the ARFF substitute, but not all of them. Majority of Airport stations I run do not have an engine, so a substitute would make it more realistic for those missions.
Thanks

I like the build option. I know my agencies which use a small type 5/6 as their light rescue unit. Carrying hurst tools and basic rescue gear.
Plus in my areas of coverage some agencies do a combine rescue and breathing support. As well as one volunteer agency has a rescue and water tender combo.
-
Many rural departments which primarily fight vegetation fires only. Also agencies such as park fire departments and forestry who do not fight structures.
-
I’ve mentioned this before when they created the units. Majority of type 3’s in my area function solely as woodland units, not as a typical type 1 engine. So that’s why it would help. I had to create a new category in the ARR just so I could stop it, but now they don’t count towards the wild land unit option in the ARR.
-
I know plenty of people out there have multiple accounts. Partly due to add spread realism or whatever other reasoning.
Combining accounts would be useful and whether it come at a cost or coin use would be great.
In addition being able to dispatch units from only their distinctive dispatch centers would help some of the issues where separate accounts have been needed to not get bleed over from other agencies.
-
My question would be do you need a fully staffed rig with ALS trained staff. Some agencies only have one trained paramedic on a rig?
And I’m hoping the intent is for a trained staff on an engine to act similarly as a fly-car.

I believe there should be an option to separate the Type III's from normal fire engine responses. In my area they are strictly for wildland use. Some agencies do use them for both. A box in the options would be great so using the AAR you can still have them respond as a wildland fire engine rather then having to rename them.
