I have looked around a little and have not found the answer i have about transfer missions. Do they pay out for them or is it a free call?
Your paid a few hundred for the transfer.
Hello!
I found one post about this from a few years ago, but no solution. I recently added an EMS Rescue unit. The ARR correctly selects it as a Heavy Rescue, but once it arrives, it immediately leaves - leaving me one heavy rescue unit short. If I select it manually and send it back a second time, it will usually (but not always) fill the heavy rescue role. My guess is this is a bug, or that it’s being released based on the selection to “stand down ambulances” that aren’t needed (I’m guessing maybe it’s reading no patients and skipping the HRV need?). Anyone have a work around?
Check setting in dispatch center. If "Automatically stand down EMS units when not needed." was checked then it will automatically leave if there are no patients.
yeah this is a bug you can transfer a ambulance on a fire/ambulance station to a ambulance station so the ems chief should
correct on the ambulance, but EMS Chief don't for some reason. Not sure about any other EMS vehicle since I only run ALS and EMS Chief.
so what's the point ? it requires you to transport but there is just a release option so its a bug of sorts
Need to send a patrol car or sheriff unit to transport prisoners.
Here is a photo of my issue.
If you look in the upper righthand corner there is the symbol for a clinic not a hospital.
game wardens can't transport for some weird reason
Game Wardens have never been able to transport prisoners.
I use a desk top pc

I'm closing recruitment and will be shutting down the alliance due to lack of interest.
They can also be to transfer from the airport to a hospital.
You can complete all calls with EMS component with just the ALS Ambulance and EMS chief with the EMS Command training. I also have given my Battalion Chiefs the EMS Command training t help cover the EMS Command requirement.
I feel as though wildfires should be locked away behind an expansion wall, same as water rescues and airport calls are. For areas that dont have much or any wildfire activity, they could just not make any wildfire stations to ensure they wont generate calls that need wildfire equipment when they dont have any. Further this will allow players to not have to ruin their realism setups by adding wildfire units that dont exist in real life.
They already are. You have to have the forestry expansion and activated in order to receive woodland fire missions.
Try to manually release them.
Once we got the Foam Trailer I was assuming the Light Boat Trailer was going to get updated to the same towing vehicles, but that never happened. I just wanted to address that I would like all
The utility unit will tow both.
Units have always gone at a faster speed with lights and sirens than without.
Either I'm losing my mind and it was never possible or for some reason mass casualty units can no longer be purchased in fire stations with an ambulance extension.
For reference, there are 57 ambulance stations (55 extensions plus two stand-alones) and no mass casualty units so in theory I should have no problem purchasing one.
If your referring to the mass casualty trailers they are only available in an ambulance station with a Mass Casualty Trailer Extension and not in the fire stations.
Only a Utility Vehicle can tow the boat in a dock, the Fly Car cannot.
That is 100% correct, but you can purchase both in the rescue boat dock. Though not sure why you would need a fly car there.
I just ran 2 missions. 1 with an ALS Ambulance and 1 with a HEM. I received 575 credits for the call with the ALS and 862 credits for the call where I sent the HEM. Tbh I don't see a big issue with the pay out for EMS calls as most have multiple patients.

Yes but calls require 2 staff of ems mobile command training but the mobile command needs to carrys 6 and is more expensive to buy so might as well use the ems chief
That is why I trained my Battalion Chiefs as EMS Mobile Command due to my EMS Chiefs returns to station once EMS is no longer needed, and there will be at least 1 Battalion Chief on sene.
