There can be players not in alliances who still have more than 30 fire stations. The requirement is still quite excessive.

It’s not excessive. It’s based on the Buncefield explosion and it’s to simulate both water carriers and HVP’s. It’s why the requirements are so high and for people to request mutual aid from their fellow players
That singles out players who maybe choose not to be in an alliance but still wish to play realistically. In my opinion, it should be lowered to 6 at the maximum.

Since "Old Betsy" (The Scania TL) is about to be replaced why not make a new Volvo TL graphic as well?

If you were to do a transport system update I'd also like to see a helipad extension for the hospital so my AOs don't send my Helimeds to some random clinic in rural Aberdeenshire...
-
Same in the vehicle market, would make more sense to appear in the fire appliance category rather than the other vehicles category.
-
I've heard of situations where people have been refused ambulances for stuff like a broken ankle when they're perfectly capable of getting to hospital themselves, maybe the transport rate should be 0 instead so I can send a GP unit or nurse (CFR) instead
-
Level 2 would be station manager who would normally have a response car rather than ride on the pump. A level 1 would be you CM/WM.
It honestly depends on station and amount of crewing but I'd say L2 would be fine.
-
Personally I'd do 300 seconds for on-call/retained and 120 for wholetime, though if a vehicle is out of station (i.e. mobile available or on patrol) the response delay doesn't apply.

Level 1 command training is specifically for command vehicles. Fire officers are level 2, 3 or 4 (so levels above the level 1 command). Most counties will run those levels in their own vehicles rather than on pumps, and can either be from stations or from home. We want to have the three levels off fire officers in the future. We also like the idea of hazmat officers amongst others. Hopefully we'll see these in the future.
If it's any use, have a look at these links;
Even if you could put up to Level 2 on a pump it would be quite helpful (assuming anything bigger a senior officer would be part of the PDA)

Couldn't really find a way to word the title properly but here we go...
In a lot of places, officer cars aren't very common. The reason for this? The watch or station commander often rides in the pump instead of his own vehicle. The issue is, in Missionchief, you can't simulate this. This is where my suggestion comes in:
Crew trained in "Level 1 Incident Commander Training" or "Co-Responder Training" can act as Fire Officers and Co-Responders respectively. This would help massively for people like me who try play as realistically as possible.
Thanks,
Van

So to confirm, the game is not counting the pods as their vehicle counterpart?
All but the welfare and misting pod in the AARRs seemingly.
-
Now I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but if I go to dispatch a "HazMat Unit" to a call with a HazMat Pod at the nearby station the game instead sends a 40 minute away HazMat unit. It's rather annoying and there's no joint AARR for it. If you'd like any evidence, I'd be happy to send it.

So they said that the reason they put it as three is because players don’t start with 5 vehicles.
Surely it wasn't just me and Gooochy who immediately expanded our HART bases on purchase? 3 HART bases is extremely excessive, and for me I have to build half the country just to get that realistically...

My question is: how do 250 people have a seizure at the same time from a cheese dip? In case you don't know what fondue is, check this out. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fondue

20 millions probably a bit much, maybe something more like 500-1000 depending on rank etc
-
SainsburysVan is that any better ?
perfect, thank you!

Think you could make the stripe on the Volvos a bit more yellow like how it is in real life? Not tryna be annoying just thought I'd ask

Extensions aren’t costly. Thinking about it from the game point of view they could have made it 100K as it uses the same extension system as everything else. Also, most stations can’t actually fit a prime mover in them as they are significantly larger than a pump.
I'm just gonna put this out there, doesn't mean it has to happen, but there are single pump stations which have PMs and it's honestly just really expensive for that, especially since you have to make it a large station (though that is outwith your control).
Whilst I'm here, I was thinking about the foam system and maybe a gallon/litre system would be better. This would allow you to have more variety in vehicles (small foam carrier, medium foam carrier, etc). Most pumps (where I stay anyways) have between 100 and 150 litres of foam which is kept in a tank or a drum. Just more thoughts.
-
All in all, this updates pretty decent but I only have one issue (for now):
Why are the extensions so costly? Considering the swap body one's called a parking space I doubt it costs £50k to paint some lines... Just some thoughts.

And of course, the very common, "lorry stuck under bridge"
