53 years in the business and I have NEVER seen 10 show up on one rig
A couple departments around me have 8 man cabs plus jump seats. Or walk in rescues with 4 in the front and 4-6 in the rear.

Anyone else have an opinion on this ?
I personally would love the ability to ad alert tones something similar to the Minitor alert tones it is not a copywriting issue most likely because you can download that tone for all kinds of uses on your phone.
I am definitely all for making it an option something you can toggle on and off.
Maybe make an option under ems stations to generate medvac calls or not if you choose. Either way we need to increase the staffing to three.
Same hundreds of missions 3 airport missions.
I think 30-40 would fit best for the large trailer
Was talking about the large one maybe 20 for the small
I bought the trailer for this exact purpose, but I have yet to use it as its not functional yet.
I am waiting to buy the trailer for this exact reason I hope they give it a big storage capacity like 60 or 80.
One other thing that should be worked on is the fact a unit can’t pull a trailer and carry equipment in its storage. For example i have say air equipment on a utility but I also use it to pull a foam trailer. Well when pulling the foam trailer it loses the air equipment.
Definitely so they can function like a USAR trailer. I would love this idea.
Absolutely definitely agree.
I agree on increasing calls for hems but we need to find it more realistic here in Philadelphia for example well the surrounding suburbs we rarely fly a stroke patient but do fly patients from mvc’s or trauma activations so that needs to be taken into consideration. For example it makes no sense to require me to fly a stroke victim to the hospital when the hospital is only a mile away. Maybe combine the hems with an update to allow non emergency transport between hospitals etc like we do now with ground ambulances in the game even allow an extension to increase those missions. I have two helicopters with over 30k in mileage and not a single mission was anything more then backing up my alliance for extra coins.
I definitely think the option to increase personnel should be there on all fire vehicles. When you get into volunteer departments they sometimes have 8-10 guys on a heavy rescue or 6-8 on a squad or truck company so a max of six is hard. Maybe increase it to 8 and the platforms to 4-5
Definitely agree non emergent transports would help add some realism to the game for some of us. Maybe instead of hard built into each hospital it could be an extension for the individual ambulance stations or hospitals? As long as it is not too expensive say under 100k in currency I would buy it for a few of my hospitals as a way to earn extra currency.
Not sure I agree with the maintenance sounds like a hassle but definitely agree about selling vehicles and stations.
I would love to see a update to the fire engine ambulance where there’s a a option to allow it to not transport just begin healing and require an ambulance to transport or a separate class to allow fire engines to have true first responder capability also to allow ems chiefs to begin patient care before the ambulance arrives. I play based on Philadelphia Pa where all engines are bls providers in some cases Als and it would be great to replicate that in the game.
Unless there's been a change in the last year or so the police Motorcycle will count towards the patrol car requirement as long as there is no prisoners to transport. I use to send them to community missions freeing up patrol cars for regular missions when I first started playing. With only 1 personal the speed increase is minimal.
Thanks wasn’t aware will keep that in mind
I would like to see the addition of police wagons to transport more than 1 prisioner also maybe give motorcycles a actual use in a non transport role not so much making missions require them but allowing them to count towards making a mission go faster or maybe missions like radar enforcement etc that require them.
