Under "Awards" in your drop downs there is an award for "easter eggs collect". That number increases as you collect eggs. However, generally when they have events where things area hidden in your missions for you to collect, they will eventually add "daily tasks" such as "collect 5 eggs" (example) and when you complete that you get credits or coins (sometimes both) and then another similar task adds to make you collect more.

I’m collecting eggs, but no rewards or awards are appearing. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Why am I unable to send my ambulance officers to help other players’ patients and take them to the hospital for rewards, instead of waiting for those players to come back online? It becomes difficult to manage when they leave too many ambulances and patients stuck waiting.

We have same problem over here in UK versions too! arghhhhhh!

All my police (IRV) units and detention vans have full Police Inspector training 👮‍♂️🎓
Automation works perfectly in the UK 🇬🇧 — but not in Europe 🇪🇺 or the USA 🇺🇸

It keeps asking me to manually clear prisoners! 🚓➡️🚔
Ambos and patients auto-clear just fine 🚑✨

Always wondered why police + prisoners are still a bit broken! 😅
Any ideas or is it a known bug? Cheers! 🙌

On the mission stats, it's showing that I'm missing Operational Support Vans or SAR Units. Can someone please clarify exactly which units it's referring to? We’ve thrown everything we have at this mission—myself and fellow responders sent every available unit to try and save those poor boys and girls stranded at sea. But no matter how fast we act, we always seem to run out of time… and they drown before we can reach them.

Please, can someone fix this mission? A more hopeful outcome would mean everything. Saving those lives would bring joy and a sense of purpose—not the heartbreak of knowing we failed them again.

The mission is now gone due itself due to time running out, sorry do not have screenshot with me

The mission has request Hovercraft trailer, I was able to send Hovercraft transporter with assign 3 full hovercraft staff training no problem. BUT everytime I click to included the Hovercraft trailer to go with my Hovercraft transporter, but keep received pop up messenger said unable send Hovercraft trailer due to staff not full training. So my Hovercraft transporter has left without hovercraft trailer, I am not only one have problem, other members in UKECS have same problem as me. Whitchit

Hovercraft Assist Coastguard Mud Rescue have bug, would NOT allow me send Hovercraft trailer to mission. All my Hovercraft transporter already have full hovercraft training... please can someone fix the bug? Thank you.
