just to let you know - Medway , sheppey , sittingbourne , thameside and dartford comes under VPNK fleetcodes ( the VPNK vehicles are swapped around stations. ) i have a MRPW and VPNK fleetlist if you want them

and the rest are MRA fleetcodes

aha nice i as i cover east kent i have MRPW , and the ACRPS it supplies ambos too . also have the medway ambulance station with a few medway towns acrps . gonna expand into more EMS side in north kent soon .
also i had to call a job into 101 yesterday , the lights at Morrisons (maidstone) stopped working so i called it in . cant wait till we get a FCR visit , im a Maidstone VPC

How many ambulances do people have in their stations ? Just wondering as i like to have quite a large ambulance set up of ambos and flycars ( rapid response vehicles we call them in the UK )
.I have 5 ambulances and to 3 cars in each main station / vehicle hub . ( more vehicles when i've completed my complete set up for my area )
. I have 2 ambulances and a car at most of my designated standby points , or if its a a quiet area i have 1 ambulance and 1 car .

i like this idea , in the UK ambulances get half an hour at hospital for clean up / restock if they've taken in a patient especially if its cardiac / trauma / or infections , as its a big clear up also after every job everything is disinfected . While they are at hospital they can often get called away on another call , or use the hospital as a standby point to use the facilities of toilets and shops as well as the hospital staff room.
You can do this all you need to do is assign eater a Battalion Unit or Fly Car as your Co-Responder unit I have about 9 co-responder units.

New Medical Calls: Loss of Consciousness, Sick Person, Trouble Breathing, Heart Problems, Unconscious Person, Chest Pain, Stroke, Abdominal Pain, Hemorrhage, OB, MO.
these seem great suggestions , i know cardiac infarction is a heart attack . I think Cardiac arrest should be added , as we can all give realistic in game responses.
i think also some trauma calls should be added like:
pedestrian struck by vehicle
mechanic trapped under car ( POI - GAS STATION )
fall from height
body entrapment in machinery
and more average medical calls ( excluding your suggestions as i like them ) :
concern for persons welfare
drowning
choking
woman in labour
person in distress
panic attack
toxic poisoning
deadly inhaled gas
person in shock
electrocution

maybe for the UK side of things a BLS ambo could be the likes of st johns ambulance , British red cross etc . Im sure you have volunteer EMS organisations in America or even private EMS company's who are contacted to assist with dealing with 911 calls ( also a UK thin due to main services are stretched with 999 calls so have to rely on vol or private companies to assist them on shifts ).

so ive recently been browsing... the german and dutch version with the help of translate and ive found they have 4x the amount of medical calls is it possible that we can have as much variety as our partner games ? not a big ask like some people just a little suggestion _kieron
