In real life, it is more so a supply vehicle for mass casualty incidents or other incidents that need a lot of supplies on hand that would deplete what is carried in a normal ambulance.

EMS Operations Support is a unit in real life, that seems to deal with maintenance or mass casualty situations. The information on them is hard to find.

Also, if anybody has a master list of what units are what and what they do, if you can link it to me that would be great.
