If you filter by 'Requires Federal Police Station' and 'Police Missions' on the mission list you can find a full list.

Yea I see that now. I haven't had the issue with units getting stuck cause I usually will cancel them all and refresh the mission. But I am definitely missing out on transporting some prisoners. I'm surprised that no one else is having this issue.

If you could provide the missions you've identified this on, that would be appreciated.

Mine is only transporting 1 and still says I need to transport more even though I have units on scene that can. Now I am getting units stuck on the call after it clears so I have to go to the unit it self and clear them

Yea, I tried it. Clears out the call or just refreshes everything. I have also noticed that my patrol Cars are transporting 2 prisoners. Not sure if that's an addition or part of this glitch.
