Police calls based on number of units!

I don't know if this can be done or not, but I'd like to see the police stations have calls based on the number of units on duty at a police station. I think it would be more realistic, especially for areas with alot of police units. Or give the user the option to set calls based on number of police stations or units. Realistically, some areas will have more police calls than fire calls. Maybe same can be looked at for EMS stations. Some areas have greater EMS calls than fire.
