Fly-car does not treat patients

I don´t think this is an issue, as police, fire and fly-car does the same type of patient treatment. And fly-car will not treat a patient when other units are on place. Correct me if I´m wrong, though.

Fly cars don't completely treat patients. You need am ambulance to fully complete a mission with a patient. Fly cars just help reduce time but not finish.

Fly cars from my understanding do half the job a ambulance does.
Make sure you send your ambulances also.
