Staff at fire department training center

So last night I started a HazMat class at my personal training center that I share with my alliance. As soon as the class was full I chose the option to pay the 6 coins to end the class right away. Had a mission waiting for an additional unit. The class disappeared but now my 6 personnel and another guy from the alliances 4 personnel just show as at the training facility. This has been like that for about 19 hours. It did happen right around the time the servers went down. Anyone have any suggestions or know the right person to fix this? Thank you.

The alliance is called Frederick, MD, USA. My training center is called FCTC-FD.

Please provide links to the training center and the buildings that the people are normally staffed in. To do this, right click on the building and select "copy link address."
