I like this mission, as I find that I go to a fair number of these in the real world, however I would love for it to give me a patient or two every once in a while.
I'd say maybe a 10-30% chance of patient/transport, just requiring general internal.

I highly agree on that, In the real world, a Rescue Company should be dispatched.
