May 29, 2018 at 10:44 PM #1 is it possible to make the tower up to 5 personnel since the rescue got moved to 4? Each place is different city wise.
May 30, 2018 at 12:11 AM Official Post #2 The Rescue basically got moved to 4 because the Heavy Rescue and Utility are basically the same thing and serve the same functions in the game. I like this idea though. I honestly think 4 is good though but that's just me.
