Overcharged

I attempted to purchase the 10,000 credit expansion for one of my stations. After clicking the purchase button I noticed my credits were in the negatives. Instead of a single 10,000 credit purchase, it charged me two seperate 10,000 credit. The game usually never lets me complete purchases with insufficient funds, so why would it do it this time? Please fix. If anything I would like some assurance from developers/moderators or even a refund. Thank you.
