Police Motorcycle/Fly Car

I personally think that Police Motorcycle should be added to ARR (Alarm and Response Regulation) so that for some missions that don't require people to be transported the police motorcycle can easily get the job done. And the Fly Car should be given Top Priority when it comes treating patients.
