I do not know if this has been covered or asked for before, but my suggestion is if you are in an alliance is it possible to disable personal missions and have alliance shared ones that generate? That way you can have people managing counties and not have to keep sharing their own missions each time.
So instead of manually sharing it will automatically share these missions?

You can disable personal callouts by pressing the person icon on the top menu, then clicking "Mission Speed" then pressing "Pause". This will stop callouts from generating until you turn them back on yourself.
As for alliance missions, you can have "Storms" which generator up to 300 alliance shared calls that have an array from "Fallen Person" to "Unknown Tanker Spills". You can also have riots which cause well, riots. Pickpocketing, officer downs etc.
I'll be honest, I apart from that I don't know what your suggestion is
