Still getting critical care requirements when the option is turned off.

I have turned the critical care chance setting off in the dispatch center, yet I still have managed to get a patient requiring a critical care response.

Nope, it was turned off prior to the patient spawning, and nobody else that i have spoke to has received the same problem, so it may have been a one off
