I am able to setup an alarm with swat units and I have 5 active fully staffed Swat trucks, but every time I try to use one of these alarms it always tells me that I don't have any swat units when they are ready in station. These units work fine when manually sent to calls.

I have confirmed this happens for me also. I have passed to the developer to see if this can be fixed

This has been fixed. If it doesn't work straight away, try renaming the unit (can rename it straight back afterwards).
The server cache's the units so won't load the recent changes straight away, but renaming one triggers it to reload the cache for it.
You only need to rename a unit if it's still saying you lack a SWAT unit in the menu when actually you don't.
