Transport to Hospital Question

So if I’m required to transport a patient to the hospital but the only hospitals available to me don’t have the required department (neuro, trauma) do I still get any credit for transporting there? Or am I better off just refusing to transport to get my unit available sooner?

You still get credit but not as much as if you do. You can definitely still transport it there. I think the only exception would be if you are running out of beds there and you have patients that you want to transport to that hospital as it has the appropriate departments.

And no you ar not required transport you can leave without transport. Pd or EMS missions.
