HEMS Copter can not fly long distances

I just bought a new EMS HEMS copter based out of Philadelphia. It now has a crew of 2. I can seem to fly it long distances. I understand that it should be able to fly Coast to Coast but mine is limited to the same distances allowed by ground transport. Is there some setting that I am forgetting? My Dispatch window is set at 400km.

mine indeed shows max persons 1. I've also dispatched it from New York State to the UK before. It had over a day flight time but it got about 8 hours into the flight before the mission was completed and they got cancelled.

Thanks for your response, it's flying correctly now. It was linked to one dispatch center. When I unchecked it, it works, Now I check it, still works., Some glitch I guess. Now its flying all over.
