MISSIONCHIEF FORUM RULES
1. Respect & Inclusivity
Treat all members with respect.
Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, personal attacks, threats, or political debates are strictly prohibited.
Offensive usernames, profile pictures, or status messages will not be tolerated.
Insults of any form - whether directed at users, moderators, or groups will result in moderation action.
2. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions
To keep discussions clean and relevant:
Spamming, repeated posts, mass messaging, or content with excessive emojis/smilies is not allowed.
No advertising outside of the dedicated alliance advertisements thread. Adverting server invites, YouTube channels, Discords, or other games in threads will result in moderation action.
Do not post links to third-party websites unless directly related to MissionChief.
Immediate Double-posting is not allowed. Use the edit function to update your original message.
Unnecessarily bumping old threads is strictly prohibited.
3. Language: English Only
All communication in threads must be in English to maintain clarity.
Exceptions are allowed only in the Alliance Recruitment section for non-English-speaking alliances.
4. Stay On Topic
Keep your posts relevant to the forum section and thread you’re in.
Discussion of unrelated games, automation scripts, or unauthorized bots is prohibited.
5. Username & Profile Rules
Your username, status, and profile picture must be appropriate for a general audience.
Do not impersonate emergency personnel, developers, forum admins/moderators or alliance staff.
6. No NSFW or Harmful Content
Posting or sharing pornographic, violent, illegal, or malicious content will result in an immediate permanent ban.
This includes explicit images, sexual comments, or links to adult/malicious websites.
7. Moderation Discretion
Moderators have full authority to interpret and enforce rules.
Attempting to skirt rules or abuse gray areas will be dealt with accordingly.
Common sense and good judgment are expected at all times.
8. Respect for Moderators
Follow instructions from moderators. Disrespecting and arguing with mods in public will not be tolerated.
If you have concerns, use messages to address them.
9. Private Messaging (PMs)
Do not send unwanted messages or promotions via PM.
If someone asks you not to contact them, respect it. Continued attempts may be considered harassment.
Sexual content, unsolicited links, or images in PMs are a serious violation and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
10. Harassment & Threats
Harassment in any form towards users or moderators or devs will result in a ban.
All threats will be taken seriously and reported to the proper authorities if necessary.
11. Bans & Enforcement
Moderators may issue warnings or bans depending on the offense severity.
Some violations (e.g., sexual content, harassment, impersonation, phishing, spamming) are zero-tolerance and may result in immediate bans.
12. Link Posting Rules
First-party links (to the game, wiki, forum) are allowed.
Third-party links are not allowed.
14. Reporting Violations
If no moderator is online, take a screenshot or copy the content and report it or send it to a moderator via PM.
Don't start mini-moding in threads.
15. Posing as Public Safety Personnel
Impersonating police, fire, EMS, or other official positions is prohibited and may result in moderation action.
16. Alliance & Recruitment Rules
Poaching attempts from another alliance via posts or private messaging is not allowed.
17. Content Restrictions
Do not post anything that:
Is inappropriate for minors
Promotes illegal drugs, violence, or hate
Violates copyright laws
Disrespects any race, religion or belief system
Violates US, German or international law
19. Password & Personal Info
No moderator or admin will ever ask for your password.
If you receive a suspicious message, report it immediately.

By using the MissionChief forums: You agree to follow these rules, the MissionChief.com TOS, and community guidelines. Violations may lead to bans and legal action in extreme cases. MissionChief developers, forum administration is not responsible for illegal or harmful user conduct. We will cooperate with authorities if needed.
