okay this is inspired from having a locomotive fire in the area of several acres of oil refinery's the area is sparely populated in the area is a refuse company and a company which uses wood to make pallet's hydrants are not really plentiful nor is the water pressure
so what we have for the scenario is this
there appox 10 refinery's and storage tanks in a area about 35 acres there are some houses on the right side of road that will need to evacuated currently the 911 call takers states that there is 3 storage tanks that have exploded several others show a possible rupturing police have shut down the highway for you and any mutial aid company's coming your first alarm assignment was 6 engines 3 ladders 2 rescues 1b/c 1a/c
you have requested a second alarm which will give you 6 engines,2 foam units 2 ladders 2 rescues 1b/c 1a/c and a rehab unit, air supply unit
you have had to move the cp downwind and now the houses across the street have have started to burn as well as the lumber yard also your rescues unit have found 8 refinery workers so far and all need transported third alarm 1chief,3rescues,1 medical supervisior,additional air supply unit,a hose tender and light plant 6engines 3b/c's 8 ambulances
