Have a very good admin team that is very helpful when their is an issue we are scattered all over from coast to coast. Any one that joins should not have a problem with getting mutual aid. Our alliance is like a big family that looks out for every one in the alliance. We have monthly admin meetings to get input on how to make the alliance better and we have weekly admin meetings to discuss how things went over the last week and find ways to make the alliance run better. We have a discord server where we do all of our communications at. We are in the top 10 alliances in the game and are working slowly to work on getting to the number one position.
