I have used all of the various equipment, and all have worked. As for the lifeguard costal boat trailer - I have one. but it never seems to show up as able to be dispatched ( and yes does have correct towing unit)

I might be wrong, but the trailer was not actually( in game physically) transferred, because no towing unit actually moved it. Try transferring back to the original station. If that doesn't work, the only other option is to delete it and buy a new one. Something similar happened to me when I sent some to a staging area. The towing unit got released first, and left the trailer behind

I know the call "caller hangup" is on the US side, don't know if it's on the UK side, but if it is, it should be a mission spawner instead of just 1 patrol unit doing it. if it's not in UK, please delete, thank you

I agree, the only reason I think the devs added so much in requirements is to justify the credit payout

when the ALS ambulance was changed from v2 to 3 max staffing, I don't think too many were affected, granted most were in ambulance stations, and would be less impact. but as to lessen impact, give players a week heads up , saying the platform truck will have max staffing changed from "x" to "y" in a week , that should give players enough time to adjust staffing on the necessary stations. Also if possible for the tiller ladder trailer - add one staff when purchased, considering the tiller actually has a firefighter "driving" the trailer wheels. thank you

this idea might be a pain, but it should help ... just create a bunch of staging areas, and dispatch units through them, I understand it's not a perfect solution, but it could help 🙂

maybe it was hacked and shut down? I haven't tried myself today, on Mobile ATM

you can always send sn engine at the last minute, and share with your alliance, but I also agree in sending an engine is a waste, especially since it's kinda an inspection, not for it going off, maybe they should allow the fire investigator to go instead
-
just send the HEMS if you want - if it transports - you get extra credits

Click on a dispatch center, then the edit button at the bottom, in that menu click the box that says "Create your own coverage area. Stations belonging to this dispatch center are considered for missions in the assigned dispatch center area."
thats not what they are talking about - as that function has been around for years
-
-
then I'd suggest creating it's own category, and adding it to your aar
-
in the AAR scrolling down, just before you get to the unit tabs there is a check box for the AAR to add equipment if it's available

Currently the mission Spawn area is limited to a circle. For a station in some sort of unique location such as an island or narrow peninsula, or simply along the coast line like in up and down A1A in Florida, even reducing is to 5 leaves a large portion of the spawn area in the water. Even if you do have the lifeguard extensions, they would not go that far from shore in real life. Yes, you can adjust the circle inland after reducing the area size but then it often overlaps into another station area. I suggest having the option to change the coverage area to a "square" and "rectangle" that is adjustable by dragging the corners to make it meet the area you are covering.
Chief i like the idea - but way the devs work - first station 50k, next 54k, next 61k, ect

where do i find this lssm extension?

couple of points id like to make - some calls yes "expand lower" based on IRL calls - dispatch gets initial call from a person - who might be in shock, trying to get information to send units - so dispatch sends more - " better to send too much and recall than having to send more later - theory" and once first due gets on scene - they downgrade. 2nd point -- yes we all would love to have higher paying calls - but again IRL they dont happen frequently - going to have for example may more trash bin calls than hi-rise fires. there is at least one player who was in my alliance for a bit - that had ( rough guess) 90% of his stations specialized in Foam - so he generated tons of high credit calls - maybe thats the path you need to take -even if its very unrealistic
-
Thats the devs for ya, take something simple and over complicate it
-
you have to have the Rescue(EMS) Academy for training staff in the rescue stations
-
actually your better off not having what you described, considering you need more stations to get the higher credit calls, just build the stations and name them as appropriate.
-
they both do, but not a whole lot, many have put hot shot trained in the crew carrier
