Could the UI changes please be reverted to the old ones, as it was clearer which is coins and which is credits also with the new changes the mission requirements page for a mission is gone. Also the coins and credits button is dollars and cents rather then pounds and penny's.

Or a option in dispatch center to go back to old but either way I can't stand the new UI

It's clear which is which unless you're buying thousands of coins.

The dollar sign being used for coins I would guess being its more recognised worldwide? And would mean it works for all versions. I would guess all versions have the same UI to make it more cost effective and easier to manage.

The mission requirements has been removed from the very bottom of the missions and is now a "?" in the same bar where you navigate missions and share.

I for one welcome the changes.. My only criticism would be that I can't find how to get back onto the friends list but hey.. I'm not bothered.

Could we get this back onto Custody suites for uk

Prisons have been suggested before in the forums as an option for players to build themselves instead of as alliance buildings.

It has also been suggested that they mirror the set up for hospitals.

The thing is my local CFRs don't just base at ACRPs but they patrol (what I mean is they drive around in there personal cars) until they get a call

I would Mainly want the CFR to patrol

    Unrealistic and not needed.

GPs do not patrol, if you see them out and about its on their way between calls.

Co-Responder vehicles also do not patrol.

I do know of some CFRs who drive around and wait for a call however I would not be keen to see them given a patrol option in the game as that's not what they should be doing.

I would much rather the DEVs focus on the updates that the community wants, it already takes long enough for them to come out.

This could be good however this could be abused heavily if it had 21 paitents, maybe have 3 types 1 that can hold 1 paitent 1 that can hold 5 paitents and 1 that CAN Hold 10 paitents,. The one that can hold 10 should be limited to 1 per player and locked to 20 million (staff captain) and the one that holds 5 limited to 1-2 HMCG bases

Members want realistic resources etc.. This is realistic, the numbers do not need changing.

Missions can be brought in with the number of casualties to make it useful, even without that it could be used for mutual aid taskings to large casualty missions such as the large Aircraft crash.

If you wish to discuss this further please message me so we do not clog up the forum.

While all this stuff is fantastic and all but maybe its time for police updates ?

I for one is dieing for Public order

    One service at a time.

Ambulance service has just had an overhaul.. Albeit a diet version of what was put forward but still an overhaul.

Fire service planned as per TACRfan posts.. Then police can be thought about (content team already putting together suggestions with community feedback from forums).

    NameSAR Helicopter
    ServiceCoastguard
    PurposeTechnical Rescue, Medical Evacuations/Transfers.
    Cost300,000
    Personnel4
    TrainingSAR Operations
ExpansionSAR Helicopter Base (Stand alone building at 1,000,000).
Transports1-21 depending on helicopter (can be changed)

This is not to be confused with any coming updates.

I am suggesting this as a standalone building/unit that can be integrated into the current services and can be put in place ready for any future updates.

I have made the prices the same as current helicopter set ups within the game.

The SAR Helicopter could be used for missions such as "Stuck Climber", "Parachutist stuck in tree" and can be easily introduced into any new missions that may require the winch capability or even used for medical missions in a remote location.

The SAR Helicopter could also be used instead of a police helicopter for missions such as "missing person" in a system like the CBRNe and HAZMAT vehicles where it can be either required.

POIs could be introduced to bring more missions for this unit such as cliffs, mountains etc.

I believe the additional fire units would be great! (I clicked no in error as was distracted).

I also agree that the airport expansion needs sorting as I have so many staff trained and ready sat twiddling their thumbs! But as mentioned by TACRfan this will need to be done carefully to avoid being a replica of the US.

In terms of water rescue, it has been brought up before and continues to be on a regular basis.

You have the fire service side and the coastguard side. The fire service side I won't talk about as that's no my area as I'm ambulance/coastguard.

Coastguard Rescue is certainly in our plans for the game aswell as Lifeboat stations.

To clear up some comments above.. Fire service boats are not stored at coastguard stations.

HM Coastguard do have some boats but not for the purpose of rescue however some coastguard teams do have PWC's in the form of Jetski's.

When the time comes for coastguard rescue and Lifeboats etc I will keep you all as informed as I can with the planning and will look to bring a couple of people on board to ensure its as good as it can be.

I'd have it require minimum 5 staff, 1 DCA, 1RRV/GP and 1 OTL with other staff being from any of the med units.

This way people can add in from any of their med units.

Other things timer based reward for first on scene that would encourage use of CFR.

Minimum 5 staff is not realistic.

A lot of factors go into the response for an arrest and the kind of response you're talking of is rare.

9/10 it's 2 x DCA on scene or 1 x DCA and 1 X RRV.. Only occasionally will an OTL/HART/HEMS Respond and it depends on age, downtime, location and many more factors. I can stand by this as I am a dispatcher.

If any medical unit get on scene with in 5 min or so you get 500 extra credits + 500 with a dca on scene within 7. Could open a world of opportunities

This has been brought up already many times by myself and others and as TACRfan has said is being considered.. Fingers crossed it's given the chance!

I do agree though that CFRs and Fire Co-Responders need something that makes you want to use them as currently they are just for roleplay purposes, I'm not sure if they have the ability to deal on scene like the RRVs can with certain calls? I haven't tried it.

It would be great to have more control over the forums within an alliance.

Currently you can only have locked threads for admins.

It would be great to be able to have locked threads that you can individually grant access to.

An example would be a thread in the alliance forum for members based in Wales. Being able to lock it for Wales based members only regardless of their alliance permissions.

I know a workaround would be to use discord however it would be great to have the option as not all players use discord.

Oops yep, didn't mean that they will respond to anything and everything like that, but as they carry additional and more specialised drugs they can be called to Cat 1s to provide this advanced level of treatment regardless of a need for technical rescue or assessment. To me they make perfect sense to act as RRVs in game for this reason.

No I fully understand and agree however it doesn't happen as often as you'd think.

I don't personally believe there is the need for them to act as RRVs in the game as they don't IRL and if members want to use them as such they can just dispatch them normally.

I've asked for this to be changed.

HART PRVs are also used as RRVs for Cat 1 calls if closer or of use, so that is probably why they are also considered RRVs.

HART units aren't used as RRVs for first response to cat 1 calls unless it's deemed that they will be required for the job for their skills.

This may be different depending on the trust area however they're generally protected to ensure their readiness.

I'm amazed to hear though that someone has bought and trained 600 HART units! That's quite something!

*edit* I have tested this and have seen the issue, I have put this forward to the team to be changed.

Not sure if you meant POI rather than building?

We already get RTC calls involving parked cars aswell as the alarm notifications.

I'm not sure what you mean by status check? Maybe a concern for welfare? If so we already have those.

As for overdoses I'd like to see these added to the game without needing a POI to generate as they can happen anywhere, you say low income housing has a lot of them.. In my experience you're wrong.

Like I said, I do like the overdose mission idea, just not the idea of POIs to generate.

This happens when you open a missions in multiple tabs.

The available units are the same so you might send a fire engine A to a call but on the next mission it shows as fire engine A being free hence the same sends it as a follow up unit

I haven't changed the way I've played the game since I started and it only happened yesterday once the event started.

    It's been resolved now.

Just wondering if its an error or if I've missed an update?

I've only noticed it today since the St Patrick's day event has started but using my ARRs it's not using vehicles who are on a job and putting them on follow up instead of allocating available resources.

I just realised my typo! I've corrected it :)

I understand they want to earn money.. But if these are stations we've already paid to get and/or saved up for days to get then we should be able to move for free.

I would welcome a change that allowed premium members to move stations for free but not at a reduced cost.

    Long shot..

Can we have the ability to move stations for free? I no longer have an interest in a few counties I've built in and it doesn't seem right that we should buy coins in order to move something.
