I’ve noticed that shift start and end times can currently be assigned to vehicles only. While this is an interesting feature, it doesn’t quite align with how operations typically work.

It would make more sense for shift assignments to be applied to personnel rather than vehicles. In real-world practice, shifts are tied to individual staff members, not the apparatus they operate. Allowing dispatchers to assign start and end times directly to personnel would improve realism and provide more precise control over staffing.

I was thinking about airport operations in the game and noticed there isn’t an airport stair unit to help with passenger boarding or deboarding during emergencies.

Do you think adding a stair unit would be useful or fun?

Would you use it in your gameplay?

Any ideas for how it could work?

I’d like to suggest a feature to improve coverage during high call volumes: a “move-up” trigger and enhanced staging options.

Move-Up Trigger:

Automatically deploy the nearest available unit when all units at a station are busy.

Optional thresholds, e.g., trigger when only 1 unit remains.

Units return automatically once the primary station is free.

Notifications for both the unit and dispatch to indicate temporary coverage.

Enhanced Staging:

Predefine staging areas for units to cover high-demand zones dynamically.

Priority logic based on proximity, type, or availability.

Visual indicators when a unit is staged or covering another area.

Benefits:

Prevents coverage gaps during peak activity.

Adds realism and strategic depth to dispatching.

Makes gameplay more engaging by simulating real-world emergency management.

Optional features could include timers before move-up activation, integration with high-priority calls, and configurable notifications.

This feature would help ensure stations remain protected, give players more strategic control, and improve the overall simulation experience.

Currently, fire departments primarily focus on standard firefighting and rescue vehicles. Introducing canine units and drones would enhance both realism and strategic gameplay:

Canine Units (K9s):

Useful for search and rescue missions, particularly in collapsed structures or disaster scenarios.

Allow players to respond more efficiently to complex incidents, adding depth to rescue operations.

Mirrors real-world fire department practices, improving immersion for players.

Drone Units:

Provide aerial reconnaissance during fires, floods, or hazardous situations.

Allow players to assess situations quickly, plan resource deployment, and manage large-scale incidents more effectively.

Encourages tactical decision-making, introducing a layer of strategy beyond standard ground units.

Adding these units would expand gameplay options, making missions more dynamic and realistic, while giving players new tools to manage complex emergencies.

Hello Team!

So I wanted to bring up a suggestion for improvement within the individual teams. Many communities have members and can't really tell when was the last time a member in there alliance was active. If possible making it so that we as Owner and admins can see a list of our members and when they were last online and how long. This would be a great improvement and I am sure many would like to see this as well. Thank you for the consideration

P.S In the mean time alliance owners, how are you determining which members are active?

I think I understand what you're asking, basically you want a way to send vehicles in a task force to a call, like all the engines, ladders, etc.

I think a way to do this would be to create it's own Vehicle Category and set the Vehicle Category to something like FEMA-TF1 or Strike 1 and then create a AAR Option.

hey ive got an idea i am aware of ARRs and have 30+ set up but the idea is to add the ability to create "strike teams" when you dispatch crews to a staging area for an event eg pre set team for a crash so when you do the follow up you can just click the strike team instead this would add another realistic element to this already great game as its something that happens in real life when coordinating a response to a storm event for example

One of the big issues with the in game forum is not being able to post pictures within your community forum, is this something that can be set to do? if so I please do add it. Hello Everyone

I have been trying for hours now to add a photo to my alliance forum however when I add it I can see it but soon as I click on save it just shows up number and letters..... I was hoping someone could give me some steps on how to do this or let me know if I can even do that I greatly appreciate any feedback.

• What age do I have to be to join? We do not have a age restriction to join us, however we do have age restrictions when it comes to administration positions.

So I was thinking of something along the lines of adding a Garage that would allow you to store vehicles you don't want or even selling them to other players or back to the game for half the cost that you bought them for.

As you all know in the United States for the most part. We have the Forestry & Emergency Management that provide the fire service for forest fires, wildland fires. However we do at times call on local firefighters to assist with battling the fire.

What I am promising is the following :

A. Allow the ability to build separate fire houses for the forestry apparatuses only.

B. Allow the ability in the current fire house to add a brush vehicle and crew vehicle. Being able to do this would allow the local to handle brush assignments rather than having to dispatch forestry that could be far away. Being able to add the crew vehicle to local stations would give the ability to drive up crew to the areas where there is a forest fire or wild land fire to assist with fighting the fire.
