What do you guys use as your forward command units? I use welfare and OPTs im just courious what u guys use
-
yeah this is already a thing and no then the game will get so confused as it would need to work out to follow up units or not , just use the search tool like everyone else

Is a very good point. I'll confess I am still a beginner all things considered, therefore I don't get many missions. My thoughts were an option to enable/disable this feature would be the solution, but I certainly see where you are coming from, and while the realism for some players may go far, the rest would probably find it difficult to work with.
Yes like how CC is optional! But this feels like a later game thing as we want to get all this new content ranging form sort-swr

Can i by any chance nick it for my met pol station and could u make a LAS Ambulance, LAS Skoda Ocatvia RRV and the new LFB TL
-
I can do a Hampshire police credits to @whichit

This has been discussed before and there is ideas in the pipeline to fix this for the UK version but its not my place to comment anymore.
Like other players I just place hospitals as wards to make like easier.
Ok thats great and thank you for answering

Be able to have extra beds at hospiatals and get beds when u buy a department so if you buy general internal + 10 beds General Sugery + 5 beds Traumatogly +5 beds etc

So if I am on the right track. No money was payed out when sending the ambulance away from scene without transport.
I don’t think this is a bug. The way medical missions work is all the money for that mission comes from the patient rather than the mission, the missions themselves have no set reward hence why no money is payed when the patient is essentially deleted.
If a player fully treats a patient and then leaves without transport, it would be nice for the player to at least get treatment, I will speak to the devs about that this week
Yes could this be done across us as well
-
even if you dont send anyone to a Hospital, you will still get patient treatment reward even for going so not sure what else he means?
Yeah I didn't get any cash either. Could this be looked at by the devs?

That one, unless he is confused with something else?
Uk or US? If its UK the url should be https://police.missionchief.co.uk/#
-
Which server dose he play on? I got cash on Police version. Co. UK
-
I see, he is using a different server. It's when he wants to transfer patients to hospitals but he can't so he releases the patient and loses credits
OK this seems like a bug he should get some pay I'll test this on a call myself
-
Agree with this, first person on scene is always crucial. I get where you're coming from with the amount of people required does not really work for paramedics, I guess the fact critical care, ambulance, HEMS, etc makes up for that. However with deterioration I would say each paramedics there, perhaps topping out at 4, would slow deterioration, therefore making a requirement of multiple paramedics to be present to an extent.
Potentialally they could make it so it needs 4 hands on scene using the same thing as how it dose for hems or cc
-
The detiroation rate could be linked to how much time it takes for the first unit to arrive unfortunately due to the way medical missions work there's no way to make a call need X amount of Medical staff or X amount of vehicles sadly

There are above all, four different types of patient treatments and transports. The first and one of the most common will be “patient treatment.” As discussed above it turns out around 250 credits per treatment. You get the payout every time an ambulance treats and releases a patient from the scene meaning there will be no ambulance transport to the hospital.
The second is “patient treatment and transport.” This means the patient has been treated on the scene by an ambulance and has been transported or is awaiting arrival at a hospital. Some variables that would affect this is alliance donations, if the hospital has the right expansions, and if it is another player’s that’s taxed.
The third and fourth I have seen is transport by Mass Casualty unit and HEMS. I am not sure if the MCU gives you extra money per patient versus an ambulance but I know the HEMS does.
I hope it clarifies all questions about the system. CM251989 I believe the issue falls under “patient treatment” where you get a commission for treating and releasing a patient on the scene without a transport. All of this data was found by looking at my income statements so please correct me if I am wrong.
Thats correct! On the uk server you can have critical care AND hems on 1 transport giving you: 868 credits

yes i got one
get him to send it there if close enough
-
It should pay like this:
-
He does play on the Police version of it
that shouldn't change anything, are there any alliance hospitals near by.
-
He treated the Patient but wont get money for treating the Patient? that is what he is telling me
He should be but maybe TACRfan could shed more llight on this
