I think things should be done to stop botting, especially when it's so clear certain people are doing it and the terms state not too. It's just a huge shame to the game It's not Policed at all or it seems not to be.

Same I dispatch HEMS to anything they would be called upon in real life, so they still get used

As far as I'm aware it's not a bug, you would need to send an extra units as stated for them to count.

It was specifically requested by a number of people to have them act as IRVs. I have never experienced any issues with this in the game as I use custom ARR categories so if I want an IRV to go to a job, it will only ever send IRVs. I would recommend getting yourself set up with the alarm and response regulations even if it takes a bit of time as you'll thank yourself for it down the line.

Possibly see the post for graphics by the person that makes the ones you selected just encase they no longer want them on there? or if they are updating them?, the log under the Graphics should tell you with any issues on selected graphics or it gives you the chance to contact the person direct that has made those graphics..
Or have you tried selecting other ones just to see if they work for you?

On a greater point, any chance of simply having multiple custom vehicle types/tags. I'd love to be able to give my PSU and IRV vehicles sergeant tags for those with sergeants in.
I think this is a great suggestion as it would help allot in regards to the new update as currently I am just adding in a Star * for Insp or a ^ for SGT but it gets messy.

You can also do this by adding HRL Home Response Locations and it will allow you more Helicopters and bases, this works for me.

They appear in the top line of the mission once you open it to dispatch, see screen shot, you then just click the little egg.
