Buy a slot, that one is likely reserved for another extension.

im not exactly sure where your heading about adding helipads to hospital, as currently the HEMS and Costal Helicopter can transport directly to hospitals, but I do like the idea of slot expansion
Its not about the transport to the hospital, its about the hospital basing a helicopter there.

That’s when I noticed the issue but then I added a few fire stations with the ambulance extension but then looked at the number of ambulance stations needed for another MCU and the number didn’t change.
I read that is you are looking for the number to decrease, like the number of remaining stations? Is that right? If that is what you are expecting that number wont decrease, it just tells you for every 20(15 for premium) you can buy a MCV.

I take it you don't use AARs.
I use AAR's. I set mine up to call battalions and after 2 battalions it starts adding special equip (even if its not needed)

Not really a constructive or helpful comment, nor is it relevant to the suggestion made by the OP. Please keep things on topic and if you wish to express frustration you are welcome to add your comments to an existing relevant thread, or create your own.
Yeah this is relevant. Their idea is sound but the devs do not take player ideas into consideration. Thats been a clear example set by this dev team.

best we can do is another useless feature update that no one asked for. Sorry.

I agree but I also understand their logic here, the more stations you have the more money you make... the more you can afford.
-
building costs continue to increase for fire stations.

I do the same, I'll send 1-2 engines then get the data from them to send more, for like residential and commercial fire alarms I'll dispatch an assignment at the start
I do something similar, engine and ambo for med calls, anything that looks small gets 2 engine, 1 quint, 1 chief. If it looks big I usually start sending battalions at it and see what is needed after they arrive.

Do you have the filter turned off for those?
-
Not sure what you are talking about as the screen shot I posted shows up for every incident
No no, they mean they are playing the game on a mobile device using the game app. LSSM only works in browsers.

its a radius from the station, which is configurable.

Yes. You can view what you need for missions here. MISSIONCHIEF.COM - Create your own 911-Dispatch-Center and manage your city!

two calls for your first station then its +1 call for every fire station. I have 265 fire stations I get 267 calls.

"CoNtAcT sUpPoRt ChAt" - Mission chief devs. They never respond anyways. Not one single Labor day mission this morning either.

It looks like it was just completing missions.

In my area there is usually only 1 helicopter at a medical helicopter base, rare exceptions are like HQs for the companies or a major hospital system.
Big fan of allowing things like CCTU or EMS Chiefs or the Fly cars being stationed there, could also add a mission to transport to a helicopter pad or to a hospital from the pad.
Hospital extension is a must! Would really add to the realism of how major hospitals work.

You can run classes and make them open to your alliance.

For me tow trucks was a stretch on adding them to this game, but I can understand as they can be critical pieces of equipment in certain missions. I do not think adding utilities adds anything beneficial to the game. After the initial emergency is cleared the first responders are released, yes sometimes power companies are called for fires or accidents but adding them to the game for those missions is a lot of work for limited gain. With the US having a large mix of public/private utilities it doesn't seem to make sense to me to add them to the game for something extra to do.
I do have to say I understand having a large footprint sucks to update when new features roll out, so I understand ChiefBoden's point of view as I have (not nearly as many stations as he) over 200 stations to update when things are released but I just slowly work my way around. Not every station will get the new features. It just is how it is sometimes. We have our own play styles but to get worked up over new features because it will take you time and credits to roll out the new feature is kind of silly.
