Unfortunately this option does not hide the alliance vehicles sent to shared missions which you also partake in, and there isn't currently this option available. I think CornwallEmergency is asking for a new feature which might be something we…

I would like to see this added possibly as rescue equipment added to the 4x4 in the same way drones are added to some vehicles.
