Can someone explain what each admin rank does and where to access each thing?

Like what permissions does each rank have access to?

Admin - can do what he want
Co-Admin - not sure
Education Admin - can starts courses in alliance academys
Finances Admin - can menage alliance finances
Transport Request - Admin - he can send your vehicle to the hostpital or prison when you are offline (i think it isn't working with helicopters) -

To add onto the above, Admin can do everything everyone else can but can also kick and ban and appoint new co admins, co admins can accept new members
