Hello, it would be realistic if the HEMS helicopter crew was 3/5 members and the police helicopter crew was 3/4.
In Italy we have a pilot, a copilot, a technician, a doctor and a nurse on the HEMS helicopter and pilot, copilot and 1/2 technicians on the police helicopter

In the US, we generally only have 2 to 3 on a Helicopter, 1 Pilot and 1 or 2 crew. Usually 2 crew. And the vast majority of Police Helicopters are 2 person.
-
In the UK it varies between 3 4 and 5.
3 = Pilot, Copilot/Paramedic and Doctor
4 = Pilot, Copilot, Paramedic and Doctor
5 Pilot, Copilot, Paramedic, Doctor, Student (Doctor or paramedic) -
In Norway on the HEMS we have a doctor, anaesthetist, rescue man, pilot and co pilot. On police helicopters we have pilot and co pilot along with one in the back monitoring the cameras and all the equipment. But on the 330 squadron helicopters, the bigger ones in the army theres way more crew. Basically a pilot, co pilot, two rescue men, anaesthetist, nurse and doctor.

In Aus it's normally a pilot, copilot, aircrew(paramedic rescue trained) and 1-2 paramedic rescue(medics trained in extreme life support and rescue(car crashes and extracting patients))
Aircrew also depends on size and use
We also have surf lifesaving helicopters that are the same but the aircrew man is water trained like the us coast guard
