Does anyone keep a log somehow of what vehicles responded when and with who
for which mission? I know there is the distance traveled / vehicle logs but is there
any other way of logging missions, kinda like a CAD type log?

not that i know of. just the vechile distance traveled log is all

Ive made an Excel Spreadsheet of all my vehicles, Stations, Hospitals and their expansions. If that is what you mean.
