Prison POI and Missions

    Hi guys, in the recent days were added a lot of POI, I think it was a good idea to add a Prison POI.
    It could have a lot of missions...
    Suicide Attempt (1 Ambulance and 1 Patrol)
    Fire at Prison (A lot of cars and prisoners...)
    Riot in Prison (Again a lot of things)
