See alliance hospitals only

Is there a way too see only alliance hospitals (ones that other people own and are shared with alliance) and not all of their fire, medical and police stations? If not, that should be an option!

A filter based view with the ability to make any selection of buildings visible/invisible for that matter would be preferable rather than just that one filter. I can't see too much of and issue with just using the alliance buildings window to find your alliance hospitals, can;t help with the shared ones unless your actively deciding where to transport a patient.
